New fabric coasters for Christmas and beyond I had some really great Christmas print fabric scraps around and I thought I would make up a few fun sets for my shop.
I really like how this set of fabric coasters is very subtle and can be used year round – on both sides. Gray Premier Prints damask (Madison in Storm Gray) is a big look right now and red dots are always in style.
If you live in a small home or you are storage challenged (been there), having a versatile home decor item like this is perfect. This fun Michael Miller Christmas swirl with the Premier Prints gray dot on the reverse? A bright alternative to typical Christmas themes for sure.
This set with the funky trees all over it is near and dear to my heart. This is one of the fabrics that I used to make some homemade stockings last year (I’ll post a pic when they are hung by the chimney with care).
Lastly, but certainly not least, I made these bright Alexander Henry Juicy lemon print coasters. I must confess, I actually made a set of these a few years back and gave them away as a gift. And I have wanted a set ever since. Summer cocktails will never sound so good in a couple of months! These are the thoughts to keep close as we face this blast of cold air throughout the country and especially in the northeast.
I have quite a few vintage items coming soon and some other handmade goodies like more pillow covers and more fabric coaster sets. Keep on the lookout.
I will also be posting my progress on the clutter issue really soon.
Talk soon,
Cari
